Contact Cricxbet99: How to Reach Us and What to Send
WhatsApp is the fastest route to a human, and it is the only one that reaches the account desk directly. Below you will find what to include in your first message, how long each type of query realistically takes, and which handles are actually ours.

WhatsApp is the fastest route, by a distance
One thread, one history, and the people who can actually move money on your account.
Every green button on this site opens the same WhatsApp desk. It is the channel the account managers work in, which means a deposit query, a stalled withdrawal or a locked login goes straight to somebody with the access to fix it rather than to an inbox that forwards it somewhere else. During the day a first reply usually arrives inside five minutes. Overnight it stretches, though rarely past fifteen.
The reason it works so well is boring: everything stays written down. Your deposit screenshot, the time you asked, the answer you were given, the reference number. When a payout is questioned three days later, that thread settles the argument in seconds. A phone call would not.
What to put in your first message
Most delays start with a first message that says nothing more than "problem in withdrawal". The desk then has to ask three questions before it can even look. Send this instead, in one message: your username, what you were trying to do, the exact amount in rupees, the time you tried, and a screenshot if money moved.
Never send your password. Not to us, not to a manager, not to anyone using our name. No support process here requires it, and a request for it is the clearest fraud signal there is. The same goes for an OTP or a UPI PIN. Our login guide covers what real account recovery looks like.
No account yet? You need none of this. Ask for an ID on WhatsApp, which the registration walkthrough explains step by step.
Our channels
The only two social accounts that are ours
Both are public, both have years of dated history, and neither will ever message you first.
Telegram: crickbook777_proof
The proof channel. Payout screenshots, settlement records and dated posts going back years. The easiest way to confirm you are dealing with the real desk rather than a copy.
Instagram: crickbook777
Match-day updates, market notes and short explainers. Useful for following what we publish, less useful for support: direct messages there are checked in hours, not minutes.
That is the complete list. No Facebook page, no YouTube channel, no second Telegram group with a slightly different name. If you find one, it is not ours, whatever logo it uses.
Impersonation is the most common attack on readers of sites like this one. It usually starts with a message from a handle that is one character off the real thing, congratulating you on a win, offering a bonus, or warning you that your ID will be suspended unless you act now. Then comes the ask: a password, an OTP, or a small transfer to "verify" your account. We never open a conversation with you and we never ask for credentials or money. A message that does either is a fraud attempt no matter how well the profile picture matches. Block it, and check the two handles above against whatever you were sent.
Reference
What to send, and how long it should take
Six things people write to us about, the details that get each one resolved, and honest timings.
| Issue | What to send us | Realistic response |
|---|---|---|
| Account access | Username, the error message word for word, and the device and browser you tried on. Never the password. | Under 15 minutes |
| Deposit not credited | Amount, the app you paid from, the UPI reference number, the transfer timestamp and the payment screenshot. | 15 to 45 minutes |
| Withdrawal delayed | Username, amount, the time you raised it, and the UPI ID or account number it was sent to. | 30 to 90 minutes |
| Settlement dispute | Market name, your bet ID, the price and stake, and what you believe the correct result was. | 2 to 12 hours |
| Editorial correction | The page URL, the exact line you think is wrong, and anything that shows it. | About 48 hours |
| Partnership or media | Who you are, what you are proposing, and the site or channel it involves. | 2 to 5 working days |
Those timings assume ordinary conditions. An IPL evening puts every desk in the country under load, and a query raised at 9pm during a chase sits behind a queue that does not exist at 3pm on a Wednesday. Bank-side maintenance, usually late at night, delays IMPS payouts regardless of how fast anyone replies.
Two rows deserve a note. A settlement dispute takes longer because the market record has to be pulled and checked against the official result, and rushing that helps nobody. An editorial correction goes to us rather than the support desk, because it is our page and our mistake to fix, and the process is set out on the about page.
Expectations
What round-the-clock support does and does not mean
The phrase gets used loosely everywhere. Here is what it honestly covers.
It means somebody is awake and reading messages at any hour, including 3am on a Sunday. Deposits get credited overnight, locked logins get restored overnight, and a withdrawal raised at 1am gets looked at rather than parked until morning. We have tested this at unsociable hours because it is the claim most often exaggerated, and on the desk we point readers to it holds up.
It does not mean instant. A reply in four minutes at 2pm may be twelve minutes at 2am, because fewer people are on shift. Bank rails also do not run to our schedule, so an IMPS payout raised during a maintenance window lands when the window closes, no matter how fast anyone answers.
And it does not mean anything can be undone. Support can chase a payment, restore account access, pull a statement and correct a genuine settlement error. It cannot cancel a matched bet, reverse a loss, or refund money spent on a casino table. Somebody else is holding the other side of your stake, so nobody has the power to cancel it. If the market is still open you can trade out at the current price, and that is the only exit available.
How to escalate when the first reply does not fix it
Stay in the same thread. Opening a fresh chat loses the history, and whoever picks it up starts from zero while your original conversation sits somewhere else. Reply where you already are, say the previous answer did not resolve it, explain why in a line or two, and ask for it to be escalated.
Give the second look a reasonable window. For a payment problem that is a couple of hours, not ten minutes. Sending the same message eight times moves you no further up the queue and makes the thread harder to read.
If several hours pass on a payout with no movement and no explanation, push harder: quote the original timestamp, ask what is blocking it, and ask for a specific answer rather than a reassurance. Keep every screenshot. A calm, documented complaint gets resolved far more often than an angry one, which is not a moral observation, just what happens in practice.
Why there is no phone number on this page
People ask for a helpline regularly, so it is worth explaining rather than leaving it as an omission. Three reasons.
A call leaves no record. Whatever is agreed on a phone line cannot be checked later, and in a business where the argument is usually about a number and a timestamp, that is a serious weakness. A written thread protects you far more than it protects us.
Voice support across India is also hard to do well. Accents, line quality and background noise turn a two-minute problem into a ten-minute one, and a misheard account number causes real damage.
The last reason is safety. Phone lines are the favourite tool of anyone impersonating a betting brand, because a confident voice under time pressure gets people to reveal things they would never type. If nobody official ever calls you, any call claiming to be from us is easy to identify as fake.
If you are writing because you lost more than you meant to and want the money back, no support desk can help. What can help is a deposit limit, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, all of which any decent account manager will set up on request. Read our responsible gaming page first. This is an 18+ activity with real financial risk, and iCALL on 9152987821 and Tele-MANAS on 14416 are free and confidential.
If your question is about how the platform works rather than a problem with your account, you may not need to message anyone. The brand explainer and the guides in our blog answer most of what the desk gets asked in a week.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp, every time. Use the button on any page and you land in a live thread with a support desk that handles account access, deposits and withdrawals. Typical first reply is under five minutes during the day and under fifteen overnight.
Do you have a phone helpline I can call?
No, and that is deliberate. A voice call leaves no record, so a promise made on a call cannot be checked later. Text also removes the accent and line-quality problems that make phone support painful across India. Everything we do runs on written threads you can scroll back through.
Which social accounts are genuinely yours?
Two only. Telegram at t.me/crickbook777_proof and Instagram at instagram.com/crickbook777. Anything else using our name, however similar the handle looks, is not us. We never open a conversation by messaging you first.
My withdrawal is late. What should I send you?
Send your username, the exact amount, the time you raised the request, and the UPI ID or account number you asked it to go to. Do not send your password. With those four details a payout query is usually resolved in thirty to ninety minutes.
What happens if the first reply does not solve my problem?
Ask for it to be escalated, in the same thread, and say why the first answer did not work. Keep everything in one conversation rather than starting a new chat, because a fresh thread loses the history and puts you back at the start of the queue.
Can you fix a bet I placed by mistake?
No. Once a stake is matched on an exchange, someone else holds the other side of it, so it cannot be cancelled by anybody. If the market is still open you can trade out at the current price. That is the only exit, and it may cost you.
Still waiting on an answer?
Open the WhatsApp thread, send your username and the exact issue, and ask for it to be escalated if the first reply does not resolve it.
